• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

plog>headers

My best run on plog, dp, can tune, rockers, and stock pulley was 14.05 @ 96.59 MPH.

what track?? steele??

i went 14.1 at 98, 2.18 60' with intake and headers. that was in great air tho.

but then i turned around and went 14.2 at 96 with a 2.0 60' with intake, headers, rockers. in crap air.

its hard to go fast in bad air.

Yea steele..im like 30 mins away from it, I got some of the runs on vids (see my fquick).

However, now I am cammed, dropped pulley, new trans, and headers... been MAF tuning... almost ready to hit the track.

The best 60' I got was 1.8, with some 555r's

you aint to far out from me, im at the ga line off 1-20.

i hear steele is a pretty good track, aint been out that way.

Some of the local guys say its not maintained as well as Montgomery (MGM Motorpark) ... however I never went there..so I can't tell ya.

If you ever want to go to a test and tune (usually on sundays.. let me know). Also, you know John with the blue daytona show car near sixflags?

Track prep, weather conditions and elevation can make a big difference in times.

If you don't know any of these factors, which unless I missed something, is the case here, calling someone a bad driver based only on times is just ignorant.

Driver mod may be needed in this case, but I just thought I'd point it out anyway since people seem to forget or don't know that these things make a difference.

I beat a Subaru a while ago...must make my car > all Subarus.

That Subaru beat a Honda...must make my car > all Hondas.

Is this correct logic?

lol that logic made me laugh. but every car is different so . . .

i completely agree here. people usually dont realize this. but its a big deal u kno. :th_shakinghead2:

I can tell you first hand that headers are better. I've had them both. The difference isn't much at all but it is a difference. i made 2 less peak psi with the headers.
