So my block will be in monday and hopefully my intense stuff should be shipped monday They are waiting on my pcm... Plug Wires should be in the mail by tomoro
Pulley puller Should be coming ...
And heads shipped weds so its all coming together

The engine builder actually left a message at the school apoligizing for the cost and time delay I guess they havent delt with the s/c 3.8's much as far as complete rebuilds
Ill have Headbolts and a new stock timing set for sale as soon as i get them aswell
Im pretty sure im going with studs
Should be up and running first week of dec
Ill post assembly pics as they come
 
Got the block back today So heres where my pics start up again
Decided to paint the block Aluminum color it was either this or red

Yea i really left the lose in the pan uncovered I still have to do some clean up in the block its got a heavy oil coating So paint wont harm it

We have around 17 days left so im going to go real slow triple check every thing and make sure its all 100%
Used this stuff to paint
Did around 5 coats I think it came out pretty good

naw dude its cool. its been a long day for me too. Having difficulties with my build and its making me very angry and frustrated. Sorry bro
 
That sucks big time one thing i know its good to walk away when frustrations kick in or if you have any one that can help Fresh eyes never hurt
 
Ya lol no doubt. Ive been dealing with this whole rocker, pushrod, and lifter bullsh!t with this XPZ setup for the past week so frustration kicks in quick now for me.
 


I feel ya on that I get heated real quick Im taking my build realy slow and when i get frustrated Ill be calling it a day
Altho my pos back up car is acting up so i need to finish quickly
 
Haha no ****. Same with my back up car. I got a 92 Nissan NX2000 what do u got? Sorry not trying to change the subject of your thread.
 
wifes old 95 sable wagon has cooling issues and pos blown head gasket but were ganna roll it till the wheels fall off
we have my 01 crown vic to but we need two cars daily
And my trucks tags are out of date plus it gets liek 9 miles to the gallon
 
So im closing up the house and see a big box on the porch Score My parts came.... pick up box it weighs like 1 pounds My happy went to sad fast it was the wifes seventh avenue crap....... I want my parts
