P0171 help please

i have a p0171 and a 1133 that will not go away. so far i have replaced all vacuum lines, replaced lim gaskets, replaced TB gasket, fixed egr leak, relpaced o2 sensor. my LTFT at idle are 16.4 and STFT is 0, WOT is 11.3 for LTFT. there are no vacuum leaks i have checked with a can of TB cleaner. my next move is to just sell the car any help would greatly apprciated

Have you tried cleaning your MAF? Check your pvc valve?

But your car is dumping fuel hence the 16.4 LTFT at idle.

Pull it out and if it rattles it's good. Did you check your egr to see if it's leaking?

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

egr was leaking out the connection on the exhaust manifold i replaced the missing bolt today and the codes are still haunting me

I know why your running lean. Its a problem with 01+ cars and the cat tests that are performed by the pcm. Remove the o2 sim and put an 02 in the pipe somewhere. You will still get the cel for not haveing a cat but then your car will stop dumping fuel.

i plugged the o2 sensor back in and still same issue sorry to anyone that thinks im a pain in the ass i need to get this resolved before the end of next month inspection is due

Yes that matters.

Cam the 97-99 are different than the 00+ right? Or was it 97-98 then 99+?

so would the older maf sensor be sending the wrong reading to the motor and causing a lean condtion

97-98 are a different tb/maf 99-03 are the same.

cleaned MAF again and installed poly dog bones. cleared codes and light is off for now, boost only at 3.22 lbs. ?

seafoamed car today, noticed a little difference performance wise. put clamp on brake booster hose. only other vacuum line that would leak is the one that runs to the front of the car on the body next to trans. Light is back on with same code. next thing would be pcv valve getting new one tomorrow, any other ideas or suggestions?

take the old pvc valve out, and shake it, if it rattles, its ok. you can clean it out with some brake cleaner if you want as well.

pcv valve was bad changed it and fixed leaking fuel line. now car misfires and has same code as before. the stft is no longer at 0 all the time but ltft is 16.4 at idle and decreases with throttle goes to 0 at wot. all possible vacuum leaks have been fixed and i checked and cleaned the battery terminals and cables. can some please tell me the mv reading of a healthy o2 sensor, o and my vacuum reads 10 to 13 inhg. at idle ?
