p0102 code help

I've recently been getting a p0102 code which is MAF or VAF low input. It is causing the car to cut out occasionally and when it does it it my car pulls all the fuel i've noticed. It never dies but does sputter taking off and once in a while driving it'll hiccup. I cleaned it and no difference I checked all the wires and they seem fine but when I installed my headers I burned some wires but fixed them a while ago. I checked the voltage at the plug and the one wire I get 4.5 volts and the other one I get 11.62. I'm not sure if my maf sensor is bad but i'm thinking it's the original one for the car. Help me please.
 


Yep it was the maf i just was hoping it wasn't $138 later my car is fixed thanks for your input bill.
