Outer Tie Rod

So I am replacing the inner and outer tie rods on my 98 gtp. The drivers side went smooth but when I got to the passenger side, the outer tie rod bolt seems to be mushroomed and I can't get it out. I used the pickle fork method for the driver's side, just wondering if the puller will do the trick even though the bolt is mushroomed pretty bad. If the puller won't work, any suggestions on what I can do?
 


i had to cut mine off no big deal when your replacing them anyways, just take a cut off wheel to them
