Unfortunately I wont be able to get them on until april because of nepa's salty roads and the fact that I need to save up for tires. But by the time theyre on Ill have summer mode engaged with my projectors and street scene grilles on :th_thumbsup-wink:

yea i live in upstate ny, near binghamton. i know what you're saying! where are you getting your rims from? they'll look *****in' on gp's.
 


see, no one is willing to take a risk and never stray away from the 5 spoke design. i am beginning to start trends. next thing is wheel color...

yeah about where im getting them from.... the guy lives in CA so im very uneasy about the number hes gonna tell me for shipping :th_nervous: and i have no idea what to expect but im hoping its not more than $50. As long as its around there ill be thrilled.

I was originally afraid to stray from 5 spokes but you set me straight with those pics. Continue spreading the word!
 
disregard my previous post about the location. my friend was actually talking to the guy before he pointed them out to me and said he told him he lives in CA but looking at the picture of the rear of his car, its a florida plate. So, either the guys lying or my friend was mistaken.

oh yeah hes not selling them with the tires but i wouldnt want them anyway because a.) theyre reallly low profile and my car isnt lowered and b.) those little rubber bands for tires wouldnt stand a chance on the roads by my house which are minefields except with potholes lol. Im gonna end up goin with 245/45/18 nexen n3000s

yea i know, i'd be a little nervous shelling out cash for something like that. is a listing on ebay, craigslist or just someone that is selling them wout a listing? hope you get them, i really want to see what they look like.

i agree, shouldn't just have cookie cutter 5 spokes on everythinng. i like 5 spokes the best, but i'm not against anything that just plain looks good on gp's, regardless!
 
Its a listing on the G20.net forums. He said he prefers paypal so i feel better now that the transaction should be secure and he gave me a shipping quote of $75 so that puts me at $275 for the set. I still think its a good deal considering the wheels are in near new condition and i dont want to spend $700 on a brand new set then pay for tires and have over $1000 into the setup.
 


Dam man I would be all over those for $275. Good deal dude. Imagine if you were local! $200 for those rims would be a sweet deal.
 
imo, they wouldnt look to good. but im not u. if u like that style then why not. i want 5 spoke black chrome, but i cant find any i like.
 


Just so I know for future reference, what kind of centering rings do I need to buy to run these wheels and do I need to make any modifications at all? Oh and also can I run 255s on these wheels by any chance?
 
you wont need hubcentric rings unless you have issues. i'm running 5x114.3 and no issues whatsoever. don't know about the 255's though, i run 245's.
