Opinion on tires.

I'm thinking to buy some Yokohama as530 225/60/16. Has anyone bought these tires before and what you think. I got stock rims no mods.

I call them the discount tire special.

Ok tire, tread rating is about avg for a all season tire, havent seen them enough to comment further.

If it was me, I would look into the Firestone FR710's, one of my favorite all season tires. My works sells many of them daily and I myself am getting a set soon for my other set of rims.

Yea NTB here in IL is having a buy 2 get 2 free deal with them. Ill gather a review in the next couple of days. But if someone else has done so please feel free to comment more.

Running yoko yk580s on the ford good tire traction could be better in the dry and wet can't comment on snow. these were the discount tire special when i got them, but imo You really can't go wrong with yoko.

Now on the GTP I run Michelin pilot sport a/s m+s. now once again these have never seen snow but they do have a very aggressive tread so I think they'd do well. On dry pavement they grip awesome before I had these first gear was worthless these grip the road at any speed over 10mph. In the rain same story amazing. Even on loose dirt and rock I have a hard time losing traction with these. I have 15k miles on them and they still have 9/32 also. Best tire I've ever ran imo

I have the FR710's as well. Have had them on for about 14 months and put around 20,000 miles on them. They do well, but I feel they are wearing faster than they should for a tire rated for 65,000 miles. I would bet they are not going to last 30,000 miles, which is fine as long as you don't rive 15,000 miles a year. I might have to look into a warranty to see if anything is covered.
