Opinion needed on mods

Ok so I am looking for some clarity as to what I can do as for as pulley without a tune.

Now I know its a must to get tuned or a pcm. But what I have read about KR I'm wondering if a meth injection kit would help, now this is just for Ideas, my mods currently are:
180° T-stat
Shift Kit
Headers
3" catless Downpipe
DIY Cold Air Intake

Now I am wondering what size pulley would you guys run, I am eventually going to buy a pulley and get tuned at same time but would a meth kit be sufficient without the tune?

Just me thinking, any opinions welcome as long as constructive

I ran untuned with headers and a 3.4 and it was fine. I then added a zzp 1.0 pcm and it had more KR so I added modded 1.9's then.
