Ok Big Issue... When i Punch

When I punch the gas pedal from a dead stop or rolling at a steady speed, the car obviously launches and the rpms go up but it hits 3500 to 3k bounces back 3500 to 3k continuously and I have no clue wth is going on. I warrantied my cat but put a ZZP cat-less DP in and tried it again. same crap. flys right up to 3500 drops to 3k real fast then 3500 then 3k. any help will be appreciated
 


I changed the fuel filter 8 months ago with a wix. I don't have the engine light on but I did hook up the scanner and it said P0171. I wonder if my pump is goin or something. I did put a brand new Delphi MAF in 5 weeks ago, idk if its defective
 


Ik what it means and I'm gonna check for leaks around the engine bay with carb/TB spray. I also have a loss of power and of course sh!tty gas mileage. I'm getting the feeling its the new MAF or the fuel pressure regulator I bought 2 years ago. I forgot to check the pcv vavle today damnit.
