OBD II code P1352

I keep getting this misfire code. I have changed the spark plugs and wires. Spark plugs gap at .060. I took the igition control module to Advance Auto Parts and they tested 3 times all were good. I checked all the vaccum lines I could find. I could find and burnt wires or anything along those lines. I took to a repair shop. They had inside for over 5 hours and still could not fine the problem. Any ideas would be helpful.

does you GP have the 5.3 L motor?
and what year as well. the code is related to open short/ground in the ignition control circuit. so it could be a coil issue, wiring from IC module to PCM or IC module to the coil. the IC module. or the PCM.

see if you can get more info from the CEL. see if it specifies when it happened and on what cylinder in the freeze frame screen (depending on what kind of OBD scanner you have)

hope this turns you in the right direction.

I sorry I forgot the say, that the car is a 2004 prix gt with the 3.8. I found on another website that is was a misfire code for the #2 cylinder. The scanner I have is just a generic actron I pick up about 4 years ago

then you need to check on that specific cylinder........make sure the wires are snapped on all the way, take the plug out and look at it, see if it is cracked and has good gapping on it. do you have good spark coming out of that wire to the plug? How does the plug tip look color wise? If all that is ok it could be something else..........please check on those things and let us know what you find

I check all the wires to the injectors and the spark plugs, they were no breaks and were tight. I change the coil packs today all so. They helped a little. I put in so injector cleaner/ gas treatment just to make sure I didn't by chance get some water fuel. Tomorrow I was thinking about changing the #2 and #4 injector around to see if the problem will move. If so then I guess that injector is bad or going that way

I have switched injectors with no luck. I have chage the crank pos sensor and timing chain. Cleaned the MAF. Still no luck and today I got a injector open circiut for cylinder #5. It is getting harder to start and u can smell the gas coming from the exhaust. In the next day or two, I'm going to start tracing wires.

Ok tested all the wires from ICM to the PCM and from the PCM to all the injectors all had 0.3 ohms or less.
