O2 sensor from 98 to 04

Anyone sucessfully swapped an o2 sensor from a 98 to a 04? The parts numbers are different but the plug in seems the same. I just put an o2 in my gtp when I did headers and was going to use in on my comp g but they have different part numbers and wasn't sure if it would work or not.

I basically did the same thing. I experienced no issues at all... But each individual experiences things differently.

Some years work and others don't. I know the 07 didn't like being in an 00 car. It's a bit of trial and error if you have it .. try it. You won't hurt the sensor.

I left the 07 in the rear manifold when I dropped in the motor. When it ran badly, I swapped it.
