Newbie from Will County Illinois



thanks, ive had the car about 3 months now after my 93 cutlass supreme took a dump on me. im on here almost everyday reading up on general info on the grand prix's and the supercharger because this is my first supercharged car and grand prix, i was cutsupreme93 on the w body forum.
 
yea i skimmed through that thread the only thing i might do is the 3.4 pulley with the supporting mods but i need to do some suspension work and wheel bearing before its gets cold out. where are you from odi? im in romeoville its a straight shot down 55 south from chicago bout 15 to 20 mins.
 


yea the timing belt broke and messed up 3 grand worth of stuff so i just sold it. Never got out to the Northern IL meets with it everytime i planned to go something came up. if i remember correctly my brothers monte and my cutlass might be on one of the calendars or was posted when they were starting to gather pictures for the calendar.

Welcome. Im in Kane county. Theres a good shop up here in Batavia that has sum insane cars. 7 second turbo vette for one. Anyway they do awesome work and one of the guys knows w bodys really well. Did my LIM and every gasket inbettween for only 200 labor lol. Just saying theres a good shop up here that knows there stuff that wont rape you.
 
Thanks, i try to be as much hands as possible when it comes to fixing or adding things to my car but if something happens over the winter i will keep that place in mind because i dont have a garage to work in.
