I have visited this web forum on several occasions, and decided to sign up. I am not new to owning a Grand Prix, owned my 01 since 2005. Currently has 137,000 miles. Just finished replacing lower intakes, upper intakes, upper plenum, map sensor, plugs, wires valve cover gaskets. Only thing I have done to it is add red pinstripes, and added a spectre cone filter. I also took off those ugly factory exhaust tips, and replaced them with 4 in stainless round tips...huge improvement. Otherwise its stock. I have done all the work on this since we bought it, so if I can put my input on helping anyone out...have a great day.

Hello welcome to the site. You may know me I lived in berne a few years ago and grew up in geneva. Pics of car? I've probably seen it.
 
Yeah, I would imagine you have probably seen it...I should have pictures on my profile page...I will see if I can get one to load on here...

that thing is like a sore thumb...the fact that I live that close to it, makes me want to shoot at it with a potato cannon
 
I will tell ya gtpeddie, I have been looking for a gp like ours and show my wife what they look like with the wheels from the newer gp's...the hood and the wheels, if you ever feel like making donations if you kept the original's and decide to sell..just sayin..lol

haha just check around some junk yards for some rims off a 04+ these are base model 07 wheels got them for 200 with good tires and then i painted them. yours looks nice! mine started out as a $1600 car lol
 


I am not an original berne-ite. And depending on what auto place your auto parts from you might have saw me, used to work at advance..about a year ago. My wifes family is well know, her dad owns a body shop in Geneva, and is a retired Adams county sheriffs sargent

That body shop on the edge of town? Daileys or whatever its called? My buddies caprice its getting fixed there.
 
It's actually Nevil's Body Shop, Darrell Dailey is a good friend of my father in laws and uses the shop. My father in law has done body work for YEARS, and is very respected in the area. He usually stops in a few times a day to check Dailey's work...so rest assured your buddy's caprice is in good hands..
 
You might see my car every other friday when i take my son to his mom's lol. She lives in berne. I used to live on jefferson street.
