most cast wheels are of similar quality, but the quality control goes down the cheaper wheels you get which then runs the risk of something catastrophic happening. see: rota and xxr, which both have had spokes snap on people.

i run really cheap wheels myself, so i would take that with a grain of salt. they'll probably be fine. im just saying that $220/wheel is expensive for a cheap wheel. i would think it would probably be in the $160-180/wheel area.
