new to me gtp owner

I have them installed with a 6K HID kit, I'm away on work for a week but when I get back home I will post up pics of the lights, they put out decent light, but shake bad, gonna install some weatherstripping to resolve that issue. I will update with the SD issue as well and probably go the same route as you, well hopefully ssac have them stocked lol
 


Lol okay sounds good, yeah click on that link n it's directly to them..they don't say they're out of stock, but I just emailed speed daddy a very nice email. So maybe they'll get back with me tomorrow. Thanks for the help. I figured someone had to be dealing with the same problems I am with em.
 
Hey man I thought I should let you know, I called and talked with speed daddy today and they couldn't gibe me an eta of when the headers would be in stock and guessed it at around march 15th. So I wrnt ahead and cancelled my order and to get my money back. Then they said if you leave a positive thing on ebay theyd. Refind my money faster. Lmao w.e so I did it and just waiting for my money back now.
 
Thanks for the update, kinda shady they sell something not in stock, I haven't had a reply back yet but gonna cancel my order as well

Yeah i agree. I just emailed ss autochrome to see if they're in stock before I evn make another order for something else. I'll keep you updated.

Thanks and learning lots already, I like the sounds of the genV top swap already lol

Oh and speed daddy returned my email finally and yup poor warehouse guys got the blame for them not being in stock lol asked if I want to wait the 2 weeks until they arrive, gonna wait to see if the ssac ones are in stock first before cancelling, both headers are probably made in the same Chinese factory

Yeah I emailed them and didnt hear back yet. Ill submit another, but I see you can order on the website but if you click on the left side it says pay thru paypal n I feel safer doing that but its up to you. I cant even find a number to get ahold of them?

Yeah they told me that on the phone. If I left a positive theyd give me my money back faster. But I already cancelled mine with them lol. Ill just check wit ssac n wait for there response n swe whats up. Unfortunate we gotta wait n all this crap

Yep, he got back with me too, I'm waiting to see what I end up going with first too. Also, I'm going to try n buy a used pcm off Clist so I can keep my stock one just in case anything ever happens. He said that would be a very good idea. I have an 06 GT I'm not sure what you have but you may wanna ask him what years are compatible with yours. Just a lil tip there. But it's up to you on that one. IMO, I can buy one on Clist for 50-60$ instead of paying core charge of 100-125 which is worth it for me.
 
I paid $220 shipped for the tuned PCM and will be keeping my stock PCM and mine is an 1997 GTP since its always good to have the stocker
It's all a header waiting game now lol

Yeah moving quick! Haha if you woulda bought a pcm for 50-60 you coulda sent that back afterward n got 100-125 back. Lol that's what I was trying to say but if you got the bread to do it, right on! We want some pictures soon..did you make a members ride thread yet?

Lol they haven't got back to me yet! Bastards..how do we pay for them? Cuz you can with credit card on website or thru PayPal it says if you click on the "how do I order" thing on the left side. I wanna order them now but since they suck at communication I want a confirmation receipt n stuff. What way are you gonna do it?
 
I still haven't gotten my money back from speed daddy yet n I'd hate to dish out another 225 right now but I might just say screw it n do it.
 
I was going to do it through PayPal with ssac, speed daddy is lacking on the communication so I'm gonna be waiting for awhile to get a refund with them
