I'm looking into buying slotted/crossed drilled rotors and ceramic pads. Any ideas which are good brands and a good website/store to buy from?

I just bought these not too long ago, wasn't wanted to spend a bunch of money and just going for the look. Idk about quality but I looked up some reviews n seen they were good enough. I'm not a race car driver and dontx race a lot n slam my breaks, so far I just did my fronts because my rear caliper bracket bolts were stripped n haven't bothered with them yet n I haven't had problems. A little bit of squeaking tho but I forgot to put that red glue crap on my pad when installing.
 
Brakeperformance.com was the lowest price when I bought my rotors. I bought ceramic pads at AutoZone which have been great
 


I am looking to replace the rotors and pads on my wifes 2003
durango 4.7L with 4wd.
She travels up to Virginia in the mtns for work and I am concerned about heat dissipation.
Should I go slotted/drilled rotors ? Ceramic or semi metallic pads ? I saw some Powerstop drilled/slotted on Rockauto that were reasonable.
Any suggestions on brands or types ?
