New LIM Gaskets, Now P0300.

Just put on fresh LIM gaskets on my 97 GTP and now I got it all back together and it has a rough idle and stalls. When I first start it up it will stall unless I give it some throttle and slowly let off and it settles down to a rough idle. I suspected a vacuum leak and smoked the vacuum lines and around the blower and manifold with no change in rpm. Once in a while the idle will go up to about 2 or 3k and settle back down. Unplugging the MAF did not help and the idle stays consistent at 2-3k rpm with the MAF disconnected. The only CEL I am getting is a P0300. Where should I go from here?

make sure the injector lower o-rings are seated properly. spray some brake cleaner over the injectors where they seat in the manifold. You will hear an idle change and maybe even hear a sucking sound if they are leaking. Air leaks past the injectors at the manifold will cause lean misfires.

if you did the job yourself check under the supercharger and make sure its spotless. just did this and I had the same problem. turns out I didnt clean the up side of the lim good enough

It ended up being a vacuum leak. I overlooked that I used an l32 supercharger gasket on my L67. Pulled the blower back off and replaced it and all is well
