My name is Mike and I am from North West Indiana. I Purchased my 99 GTP in June. Had it 1k miles before the converter went out and had to drop the trans. So after I got it rebuilt shes been running hard ever since. Since I have had it I experimented with the headlight resto...which didnt come out too bad. I am going to re-sand them and try again. I also refinished the rough looking rims with a paint job. They turned out very well for a little cleaning, sanding, masking, and spray paint. I am slowly making it look better week by week.

Thanks for the comments. I picked up a couple cans of some wheel spray paint from auto zone. A couple hours of cleaning, sanding, and prep work. A couple coats of black and clear coat. The best $35 improvement. I just want to tint the windows next.

Thats not a TBSS in the back ground. Its a SSS. Its a great truck. We tinted the windows and put some SLP resonators on it. We want to black those rims out to I think.

Welcome. Rims look good. Ive actualy been thinkin of doin the same since i have a white gtp but never thought it would look good til now.
