need opinion on tune........

I live in the states. Only 3800 Turbo cars without a resonator sound good. Anything with a blower and no res. sounds worse than a straight piped D-Series SOHC hatch.

thats another thing...how much should i spend on a tune.. i have no clue what these cost...i had AMS tune my civic and it was 225/hour
