Need Major Help

I have a 2000 Grand Prix GT with 280,000 miles on it. I purchased a wreaked Grand Prix GT with 173,000 miles on it that was wreaked. I swapped the motors out and my 2000 Grand Prix ran fine for two days. I did not change computers but I did change the gauge cluster. It is now sitting in my driveway and turns over and wants to fire and everything but it wont start. I changed the computers thinking it could be that, but nothing. I then unhooked the battery and tried leaving it sit for 10 minutes to try resetting the security system, still nothing. I am currently lost at this point and could use some help. If you have any ideas, please post. Thanks, Brett:th_angry-pissed:

Try starting it with starting fluid. You either don't have spark or don't have fuel find out which one your don't have.

Problem is, it started this morning and was running like crap so I parked it and was going to find out what was wrong with it when I got home from school and when I got home from school, it wouldn't do anything. I will check into fuel and spark but I don't think it's either one of those but could be.

My car did the same thing. Would continue to act like it was going to start but never would. It ended up being the crank sensors.

What was the year of the wrecked car?
Did you swap wiring harnesses or keep the original in your car?

The correct thing to do is put the original harness and pcm in your car. Gauge cluster shouldn't matter, but unplug it.
Try to start the car. If you have fuel at the rails, unplug the maf sensor and try it.

Thanks guys for your help. I am actually out of commission right now(snowmobile accident on valentines day right before I was going to work on it) but the spark plugs are pulled out and it is flooded so I am going to try some new plugs and see what happens and then probably try a MAF sensor and crank sensors.
