Need help after XP Cam setup and PCM change

Just finished installing XP cam with #105 spring , North* TB and tuned PCM , im getting a check engine light for bank 1 O2 Sensor(I forgot to connect the cable), and vehicle speed sensor (my speedometer not working due to this?). Well the issue is that my car shifts great at first but for some reason it loses ALL gears randomly so im stuck on no gears till I try to stop then I regain gears again. King of scary if this happens in the highway which I havent drove on highway yet.Anyone have any input?

The VSS is located on the upper back area of the differential cover. Aka slightly closer to the firewall than the PS pump and next to the oil filter. Ensure it's plugged in and the wires didn't get hurt somehow. On the O2, it sounds like you got that covered by plugging it in.

Give that a try and let us know if you still have issues.

DO you think this will help with the shifting problem? Thanks for the fast response :)

It's tough for the pcm to tell it when to shift if it's not seeing speed. The PCM expects to see speed and throttle % to shift.

I've tried to get around a few issues in the past and found that if you correct the known issues, often you fix something that might seem unrelated. Then when you look into how things work in the fsm, you find that they tied some interesting stuff together.

OK so the speedometer works NOW! the cable was stripped so it was making a bad contact. Well NEW problem, I connected the O2 sensor bank 1(top one) since I left it disconnected first time around and now the car is bogging when I accelerate (wasnt bogging before connecting it) any suggestions??

Both o2 sensors are bank 1

The sensor left disconnected was the upstream sensor, the car drove fine when it wasnt connected, once connected the car idles fine but seems to misfire/bog on acceleration. I installed a modified pcm do you guys think it is going through a "learning mode" should I drive it more to see goes away? I checked all the vacuum lines and they are all connected and not cracked, new spark plugs and zzp wires.
