There is a hair there. Thats what I want, is its flush with the fenders. Was that the front or the rear? Spacers?

That was the front with no spacers. It is te exact same distance from the hub as the wheel you posted at that offset.
The rear I have 8mm spacers and it's as much as you can do before rubbing. You can't really go perfectly flush in the rear or it will rub something awful. The front doesn't really matter. Mine pokes just a hair like you said.
