Need a little help!

I am trying to upgrade the interior lighting in my 01 but for some reason I cannot seem to get the headliner lighting holder out (this is a first for me ) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about the front center dome light? It has two tabs at the rear of the assembly.....

Yup that is the one,for some reason the darn thing doesn't wanna pop out.

the wiring connector gets caught, after you unclip the 2 tabs push it forward and pull down.

Well......I finally get the dham thing out and Lo and behold the frickn thing was glued in,I don't know what the person who put this one in was thinkn....it must have been someone who came in to work on a Monday after along weekend full of drinkn and smoking of the marijuana.I want to post pics so you guys can see the glue job but for some reason my Photobucket acct won't let me post right now.......but....the glue job was insane I need to try to find out what kind of glue they used on it so I can buy some for my all purpose needs i mean really the darn glue held so good I almost ripped my whole headliner down lol.
