my 99gt vs 01gtx accident

You realize how slow grand ams are right...that really not an accomplishment. Especially the SE, that was one of the slowest pieces of **** ive even been in.
 


An the racist jokes need to stop what the hell do that have to do with anything about cars?? that shows what kind of people u really are an i know grand ams are slow thats y i didnt even put them in list of the cars i raced and beat

Point out a racist comment or literally shut your face because its getting f*cking annoying having to continually hear you ***** about that ****. ***** all you want about how fast your car is and all the cars you've beat, just shut the **** up about this racist ****. Its completely unfounded. Know what? Just don't make any claims about anyone here or our cars. I'd be surprised if you knew how to start a standard car so your car advice isn't wanted.
 


Yall can say my GTs is slow a million times if u want But from my personal experiences a GT (all pure motor) keepin up with mustang gts other v8's and supercharged v6's id beg to differ. A base corvette is slower than a z06 an a z06 is slower than a zr1 but does that make the base corvette a ''SLOW CAR''?? Same scenario with prix just because my cars just a gt doesnt mean its a slow car jus cuz your gtps are faster than it and gtxs are faster than those

40 horsepower isn't something to sneeze at either. Also not the GT makes no power above 5K so that doesn't help it either.

The GT isn't slow, it's just not that fast. Mine used to be a standard GT, I liked it, but then a friend of mine took me for a ride in his GTP and I decided I needed a blower :p
It has NO top-end, but from a dig the things got crazy torque.

I haven't seen any racist comments around so I'm asking for you to prove their existence by doing a little bit of work. That involves finding them, quoting them properly using the websites quote tool and post them in a post.

Is that too much to ask?
 
Last time i checked i said MY FRIENDS GTX BEATS ME COUNTLESS TIMES im not sayin my cars faster than gtps but im also sayin that when he does beat he not no damn 1/2 a mile down the road when we do race like yal put it out to be. An i also said the 04 gtp did beat me didnt never say my car was faster than gtps if so quote me on it. Me and the newer gtp let off the gas at around 70 to 75 miles and hour im pretty sure if we did keep racing he would pulled on me even further

L36 has stupidly long runners hence the low end, multiple runners is something GM wasn't so fond of back then.

Yeah it was quick as long as I hit it before 20 :p
I haven't really even got a chance to play around with my new setup, I need to fix my vac leak which is making me run lean as **** and I need to seafoam the injectors and do some more tuning. I'm afraid to get on it too much right now. I haven't really gone past maybe 2 or 3 psi yet except a couple times right after it was finished.
 
If i knew about Grand prixs before i bought my GT i would of paid for a gtp instead of a gtp unfortunately i didnt really know about them until i already bought my car. Although i could of bought a 01 gtp with 112k miles for 2700$ i know the potential gts have too. If there was a choice between a 500whp all motor car vs. a 500whp supercharged car i would take the all motor all day it just seem more pure power and muscle rather a sc car has to take steroids to give them actual speed.

Even though i lose to my friends gtx all the time the fact that he doesnt leaves me way down the road still makes me feel like my cars kinda quick just because of the fact that im runnin all motor an he has boost. BIG ADVANTAGE

LEts see you make a 500whp all motor gt. lol or even a sc gtp for that matter.
 
anyone that knows anything knows that the gt is as close as it is in a race vs. a gtp because of the stock gearing in both vehicles. It isnt reallly that close of a race anyway. If you ever raced past 5 grand on the tach in second gear you would know that the gtp will pull away from you hard and keep pulling on you hard after that. Let the gtp use a pair of slicks or race him at the track. You will see it would not be close if you didnt do a frickin 1/8 mile run. Run a full real race, you will see. If the gtp had the 3.29 gears like you it would not be close at all at any point. not close at all... so ya he has more HP, but you have a gearing advantage. If you knew performance at all you would know this
