Hey I was wondering what would be the loudest and best kind of mufflers and tip for a grand prix 3.1L? I'm looking to go really look so when driving down the street people will glance at it

Lack of muffler...that'll get you noticed. Otherwise, add two cylinders and throw on some Magnaflows or something. LOL

Yeah, I'm in one of those moods tonight. Seriously though...it's a 60* V6...a glasspack would make it louder. Magnaflow...Flowmaster...anything really. Dynamax turbo mufflers are even louder than stock.

Just look at YouTube videos and choose which sound you like best.
