St Marks is a real nice area, and yea you can't beat living in a college town. Though Tally is a drinking town with a football problem.
 
oh yea i know, we did a lot of drinkin at AJ's and a lot more in Crawfordville. St Marks is a lot of old people and to many harleys for my taste
