Milky sludge under oil cap?

Was just outside doing the regular tune up on the gp and noticed this milky **** under my oil cap. Lower intake gaskets were change last year about this time of year by me. I change the oil every 3000 miles and this is the first I've seen this. The oil that came out of the car just now looked no different than any other time I changed it. Maybe it's just moisture?
What do ya'll think? I've notice the temp gauge bouncing around here lately, but it's not getting hot or anything.

Loosing any fluids? It could just be moisture.

looks kinda normal, i get that in the cold months. its just condensation, clean it up see if it comes back fast, if so then maybe you have a problem, also if all fluids are not rising or falling on ya, you should be ok.

that amount is just moisture....unlike some large amounts that is a problem
