When installing a MPS do I leave the pulley on the hub? Or just install the hub?

I got it now. Thanks for the help! Got the 3.4 on and once I know I'm knock free I'll see if I can get to Ohio if someone is willing to do an in car tune still, wink wink, and I'll tune it with the 3.2 on =P
