me with mods in sig vs a mostly stock (and beautiful) auto T/A GTA.

first race, he lanched better than me, and i panicked and mashed the gas, spun, and ended up with an even worse launch. Then his tranny wouldnt shift into 3rd gear.

Second race I launched a LOT better, and he got into 3rd this time. Not really an amazing kill, but it seemed a lot closer in person than what the video showed.

this was after i got buttraped by about the same amount to a 6.0 GTO (not surprised at that either)

nice kill my friend has an 88 GTA auto in red and my other friend has an 89 5.0 T/A 5 speed in light blue, both beautiful cars but not so fast lol
 


No problem, and it was an auto. Now to take down my roommate that thinks his turd gen runs 12's...
 




Because we don't want to state the obvious. It actually wouldn't have been a bad engine at the time it came out, only a little less HP per liter than the 5.0. The bigger problem was no 5.7/M5
 
For their time, they rolled out fairly well. I can assure you even today they'll put a hurtin' on a GTP on the top end.
