Alright first off I will make this very clear! I DONT USUALLY DO THIS. The only reason I did was because my friend (owner of that car) kept wanting to and i figured why not. He'd been buggin me for like 4 weeks. I believe its a 1.8l with a turbo with 5 sp manual. I thought that he could possibly win seeing as how my car is not supercharged and completely stock. I figured his probly wieghs less too.

BUT anyway on with the story.

We started at bout a 30 roll and right away he pulled ahead but as i neared 60-65 i would start to gain and cruize past him. Then we tried from a dead stop and again he would start pulling ahead bout a car length but around 60-65 i would gain and be gone.

That is all folks. First time and probly the last time for me for awhile. Hope you enjoyed this a little bit at least. :)
 


i doubt that a chip would do MUCH except for make it a more even race.
although i am surprised he didnt go for a top end race. woulda wrecked you past 90 lol.
 
I remember racing a jetta 1.8t before i changed my engine (3.8 N/A) , I took him from a start and at arround 45-50 mph he started passing me and at 60 mph i passed him back.

Bolt-ons...maybe low 15's...still full of funny.
 


^^^ haha. Glad we got that figured out. Sure is hard to tell what people mean on here sometimes. haha. Ill remember that from now on sir!
