Leatherique is awesome if you get extra money for it. $30 on ebay gets you 16oz. though ;)

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Bought it some new goodies...

If your seats are heated and the heaters work, let me know. When I press the heater button on my dual heated, the light flashes red and that's it. Maybe I am missing a fuse?

Now i gotta figgure out how to dry it out something fierce

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Bought it some new goodies...

i want black leather seats SOOOOOOO bad, i am jealous

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Bought it some new goodies...

dont force the leather to dry, lay it out let dry on its own. if you can keep it taunt that should help it keep its shape. books under it to hold it. you know, be creative.

the foam, you can keep pressing with a towel to soak up the wetness deep inside, but it sucks. like never ending. once tired of that, if you got a window that has direct sun all day. let it sit there, rub some baking soda on the foam. (while wet) that will kill any odors.

shop vac or beat the crap out of them outside to get rid of the baking soda. dont use your house vac, the b/s is so fine it can kill your house vac.

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Bought it some new goodies...

ive got a Little Green carpet cleaner, its a hand held thing so im gonna use that to suck out the water from foam.

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Bought it some new goodies...

why don't you just use the cushion on your cloth seats since theyre so nice (aside from the ones requiring heated seat)

Re: Mad Monkey's GP - Bought it some new goodies...

thats only gonna take so much liquid out of the seats. trust me. been there, done that lol sun, and a few days in a warm sunny environment will dry them up nice.
