I'm looking for someone to rebuild and possibly port my supercharger.
I'm located in WI and if anyone if close send me a PM or I would consider shipping if you're a reputable person. Even a nearby shop would be great I can't find S***
 


there's a few people on here, give it time and you'll get some recommendations. i can't recommend anyone from GPF since i haven't had any work done, but i'm quite sure you will find someone.
 
Just search supercharger porting. I know reptile does it, and rebuilds too. dont have any experience with him though.
 
I still have a Gen 3 Supercharger that is practically new. It is fully ported in/out, egr hole filled, 75mm inlet. ZZP rebuild/port job. I bought it a few years ago and never used it since I went turbo. The guy i bought it from never used it and I believe he was the one to get it from ZZP. I'd probably want something in the range of $275 for it.

You can remove the EGR...and just have the code set to no report...and it won't trip if they scan the car.
 


Where are you located in wisconsin? I've tuned quite a few cars in Wisconsin, most of them without evap, egr, cat, never heard of them having to get emission tested.
 
Not if it doesn't have an SES light...unless the guy really knows what he is looking at and notices it missing...but the chances of that...hmmm...

Hah. I've heard of people just putting a piece of electrical tape over the light. Out of sight out of mind? Lol
 
Haha funny that you mention back tape my grandma had to do that, her SES light is also on and there is not a thing wrong with her car, btw another good tip : if you plan on modding you should just go ahead and buy yourself a tuner actually i think that should be the first thing to buy if you are even considering changing anything on the car (engine wise)

Pre-Tuned PCM's all alright but not the ones from ZZP from what i have heard they blow up cars, you can spend $150 on a plug and play pcm but remember when you change things things will also have to be changed on the pcm so i recommend that you either buy a DHP PowrTuner or HP Tuners Pro

all depend on how far you plan on going (modding wise)
 


Might be out of what you want to spend but with all the Gen5 Superchargers Ive seen around check the classifieds. I def would not port or rebuild a Gen3 M90. A stock Gen5 would be better than the best ported Gen3 hands down. Just my 2 cents and if you insist on getting a Gen3 ported I'd contact Reptile on here. Once you figure in shipping and rebuilding and porting a gen3 Id say find a Gen5!!
