"Low Coolant Level" more often than not.

So for awhile now, my "low coolant level" light has been on. Once I top it off, light goes off, but that only lasts for about 2 days, and then its right back on... I just don't know where the heck the coolant is going... There are no leaks, I've searched the whole car when I had it in the air... I also don't see any signs of leaks.. Oil is fine, same color as all oils are, so its not getting into that. If it was going anywhere else, I would think there would be some kind of power loss or something, but there is not. I don't see how I lose coolant.

I just gotta wounder is this is a sign of bad things to come.. :th_nervous:

What they said. Mine was eating coolant for the better part of a month without affecting drive-ability.

Also you could probably do LIM gaskets and an UIM in 2-3 hours if you know anything about working on cars. That's how long it took me and I'm kind of a noob.

I would start of by getting a repair book like chilton or Haynes, I'v got both chilton a little more detailed I think, but both work. They'll tell you how to replace lower intake gaskets.

Thanks everyone. I'm gonna figure out how to get this done, maybe my buddy will let me borrow his huge drive way lol
