low boost

can I ask you another question.. putting all of this behind us... im not trying to be a dick im just curious what the hell is with the cobalt??

his parts are on the way as in.. in the mail.. which I believe I mentioned.. im not sure but the question wasn't about his northstar kit

It was about boost "spiking"...FYI, it is a ROOTS blower car...they make boost by pushing stupid amounts of air with rotors. He isn't flowing well enough and that's probably why he is building all of that boost right before the shift.

It is a DD...and its a piece. And cheap. I drive it because it gets around 40 MPG's...I could care less if it was a pink Fiesta on gold Daytons...if it got me from point A to point B with better than 30 mpg's...I'm golden.

Why doesn't this ****head listen to someone who has worked with an l67 and knows them in an out? An ls2 isnt an l67, there different for a reason.

have you ever tuned before? Air/fuel and timing.. its not different.. p.s I DIDNT ASK THIS QUESTION my buddy did.. i was just sticking up for my bro

i figured everybody else was posting **** nobody else cared about so i would join in.

simple question, why does my boost rise. simple answer, its normal, as the rpm's of the blower incresses, in return it spins harder and makes more boost.

but yet an argument breaks out and people respond on things that are off topic.

so my non relevant post was right on par for this topic.

Boost increase /rpm/ = restriction. I replaced my 03 cobras eaton supercharger with a whipple to elimate boost drop off at high rpm as for the rest of the you/bs im just replying to the origonal post
