Hello all you gp ppl.....:) I have a transaxle with final drive gear 2.86 and wondered what I'll have to do to be able to swap it into my gp which "HAD" final gear ratio 3.29 PLEASE HELP!
 


Welcome you have a trans out a gtp that has the 2.93's in it? You'll have to tune your pcm to run it. 3.29's are a better gear ratio anyway.
 
2.93's will net you better mpg, especially with highway driving. The 3.29's will net you better performance. Not sure which of those two matters to you.

Welcome to the forums though, is this a GTP or GT?
