Loud rattling noise coming from belt area

The coolant elbow is new and not leaking. Have checked to make sure its not leaking. When I had the water pump off a couple of weeks ago, it looked fine. The gasket was cracked and I just tried to make do and RTV it. Coolant does not appear to be getting on the belt. The weep hole is right under and behind the pulley right? Coolant does not seem to be coming from that area.
 


yes, the weep hole is on the under side of the pulley shaft, behind the pulley, you can stick a mirror and a flashlight under the pulley to see if its wet or rusted looking, if you cant feel it with your finger.
