Looking for recommendations on tires for my GTX wheels. They're a 17" and the factory size is 235/55/17 but i'll stray away from that. I'd run something like a 255/45/17 or whatever.
These will be dedicated summer tires so I expected good traction. Decent life but doesn't have to be great. I'd take traction over life. Something that can help the car get out of the hole.
I was looking at the Contiental ExtremeContact DW. Anyone ran them? I don't want to hear "what you heard" or "so and so runs them and they said."
Other recommendations? Don't want to spend more than $150 a tire.
