Do they SSAC's require as much modifying are the Speed-Daddy's though?

Becuase from what I've heard, the Speedy-Daddy's need new clamps, a new flex pipe, and in certain cases, downpipe needs to be cut out and replaced with a straight pipe due to it being able to get dented up pretty easily on some roads from its size.
