My mechanic told me that as long as the body stays as it is now, the car will have no problem making it to 400,000. The previous owner was religious about keeping the underbody clean especially during winter. The engine itself has very little wear. The mechanic told me that had he not seen my odo, he would have guessed the car has about 75k on it.
