So yea. Threw some mods on. Did a PLOG, 3" ZZP DP, 1.9 rockers, and pulley droppin within the next couple days. 3.4" probably. But if I can get away with my 3.2" i'll run that.
Things you guys don't care about. The PLOG went nice and smooth. But it's awfully close to the A/C compressor. That normal?
The rockers went nice and smooth. Didn't give any problems. Other than my back hurting from bending down cause this stupid thing is low. And i've got pretty new blue valve cover grommets.
The DP. ****ing Jesus mother****. Nothing went right. One of the catback bolts snapped. Whatever. The other on stripped. Whatever. Cut the head off. The top two nuts came off okay. Tight but didn't snap.
So after the dowpipe was out I clamped onto the broken bolts with vise grips trying to get them out. One came out. The other wouldn't Cut the rest of it off so it was flush. Tried to drill it out. I suck at drilling. Guess i'm too impatient. IDK. Buddy drilled it out. What's worse is the biggest bit we had was a 1/4". So we had to find a 1/4" bolt and nut and some washers. I grabbed some 3/8" and M10 bolts thinking one or the other would thread into the res flange. Nope. Too small of bolts. Whatever. Had to find nuts and washers. And of course the picture I posted last page, the ****ed up o2 sensor threads. I didn't have a new o2 sensor with me and I refuse to buy one when A: I have 4 of them from that truck I yanked the drivetrain out of, B: it'll get tuned out later anyway. So my buddy had an o2 from an OBDI car or some ****. IDK. It was a single wire o2 sensor. Put that in just to fill the hole. Plugged my o2 sensor in to keep **** out of the connector and just shoved it up in there. So got all that mess done, and of course wouldn't you know it the flanges at the catback and resonator don't butt up nice, so it leaks. But that was probably a problem all along cause it had a res leak.
It was just a PITA all togther. It should've been a quick and easy hour job that ended up taking like 3 1/2 hours. And it's still not done. I need to get a bigger bit and redrill it. Unbolt the downpipe and smack the stupid flanges and bend them so they're closer and hopefully seal better. Coat the **** out of the gasket with RTV and hope it seals.

Of course. Drove it home. Drove it like 50 miles and back to my Dad's to get my o2 sensors. Went and got stuff from walmart, got fuel. All with the exhaust leak haha. It's honestly not that bad. If I stay out of boost you can't hear it.
Which..speaking off boost, I have numbers.
Stock was 8-9psi
Intake only was 10-11
Rockers brought it back down to about 8
PLOG brought it back down to 6
DP and it's down to 5
Yea..rockers came first. That was another ordeal as well lol. I was supposed to do all this **** last week all at the same time but it got crappy out and I refuse to lay under a car dripping on me.
I found a crack on the PLOG which had to be welded, which I actually got TIG'd for free lol.
So I ended up doing the rockers first since it was crappy out and that doesn't require me laying under the car. I did the PLOG like 3 days later when it was welded it up. And it was nice and dry the last 2 days so I did the DP yesterday.

So i've had quite the troublesome last 3 days with this damn car. Car was running just fantastic, pulled great, ran fne, no problems what so ever. Figured all right i'll pulley this thing. Went and got a puller from my buddy who had a GTX a few years back, he's since upgraded to a 2013 Gotta Have It Green Boss.
Pic is mandatory.
So anyway. Got the puller. Threw on my 3.4. Went to do a pull. NOPE. Not happening. Ran like absolute ****. I was rather dumbfounded. Didn't understand why. Used the aero to scan for codes. Nothin. Car just stumbled and ran like **** with any boost at all. Pulled the belt off and it ran fine for the most part. Threw the stock tune back in and no change. Swapped on the snout from my other blower with a stock pulley. Got better. But still stumbling and running like crap with any more than 2-3lbs.
Now was the time I discovered the aero has a misfire reading. Tons and tons of misfires. But still didn't help a whole lot. Well I was sitting at a stop light, on my way to get new plug wires, and I found another misfire screen that shows individual cylinders. Number 3 was the only one showing a miss. Okay, great. Plug or wire. Can't be a coil cause a coil would cause #3 and #6 both to miss since they're ran off the same coil.
So once I got home I let it cool for a bit and pulled #3 plug out and swapped in a new one. Yes I only swapped the one plug. I'm not freezing my ass of in 5* weather changing a whole set of plugs with it cold and windy. I did just the one to get it by temporarily until I do them all.
So I get the plug in and hook the wire back up and start the car and let it idle while I went back inside to look at the plug. At first I didn't see anything wrong with it. Looked fairly normal. But I was only looking at the electrode and ground strap.
Then I saw this...
So went and took the car for a drive. Runs MUCH MUCH better. Doesn't fall on its face anymore. It's still not 100% cause I broke a vac line and it has a leak, so I don't expect it to be 100%. But everything seems to fine.
So. After all of these plugs and wires get swapped out i'm going to try out that 3.4 again and see what happens.
