Then I suggest you buy your self something real nice line a Mercedes AMG and leave the 380000th alone

Did you ever modify yours so that they can go lower? I know you talked of it but I wasn't sure if you ever did it or not.

Hey whatever works. If you decide to ditch the coilovers I'll still buy 'em off ya seeing as how so far I have only purchased front top mounts for putting together a set of my own.

LOL. Will do. They honestly probably won't go anywhere cause that means I'd have to buy a new set of struts and mounts. And by the time thats said and done I won't be happy with the ride height. Then I have to buy lowering springs. And the price difference wouldn't be much. So it's not really worth the couple hundred buck difference...if that.

Struts are about 250. Mounts are almost 100. Springs are 200-250 depending on brand. Price difference is minimal.

Woo. Picked up a 3" downpipe today. We're gonna attempt to make this thing a bit faster. And uh probably raise it. Cause these axles hate my guts.

there's more room under that hood, son.

and a lot of time, it's actually the axles that are bad. ;)

Oh yea there's more room under the hood. But there's not enough stud on the mounts to put in bigger spacers. So i'm kinda effed there.

And yea. I understand the axles being old is a big part of the problem. They're originals with 147K.

Well. What's a GOOD replacement axle? None of this cheap 40 dollar BS. Legit good quality axle.
