If youre going to work at a ****ing gas station in Jersey learn 3 ****ing works at least. Regular, plus and super! And try knowing the difference between them all because for these cars regular and super are a long ways apart... Damn indians
 


Welp... We're all immigrants in one way or another.. You gotta learn English somewhere... Can't expect everyone to know it right of the bat.

Oh by all means ban me for simply wanting a person to to do there job correctly, and he wasnt new I've seen him there before multiple times, i dont ask him to understand the language just 3 words to allow him to do his job correctly
 


the dude that owns the place down from me honestly just mumbles words under his breath and i never have a damn clue on what he's actually saying.

i don't care so long as he gives me the correct change back..

I think we've all had moments when we have been frustrated by a language barrier. "Damn Indians" firmly puts you into racist territory, though.
 
Here's the difference and a great example: go to another country...don't speak their language...they will revert to a broken form of English to try to help you. They take the time to try to learn our language in other countries just to deal with us. Perhaps the OP should try to learn the offender's native tongue to learn to deal with them.

I deal with mexicans alot, thats when I get angry because I always just assume they jumped the boarder to live here because I am racist and I don't give a ****.

Or hmong people or whoever, you want to live here, learn atleast a few words of slang/english because I can't help you when you can't even understand me.

I'm pretty sure the OP was just letting off some steam. But your point is still mildly valid. I'm a firm believer that everybody is at least a little bias based on race. Racist has a nasty connotation so i try to reserve that for people trying to lynch up other people, but we have all been there saying or at least thinking something based upon someone else's race. Honestly, it's just nature. As long as the OP didn't punch the guy and yell some nasty sh1t at him I don't begrudge him for being frustrated.

But yeah OP, this may not have been the best place to throw your comments up at. Keep that frustration at home bro.
 
Sven that is not even close to the truth. In other countries if you do not attempt to communicate in their native tongue they will not help you.

Countries I've been to where I butchered their language and they helped me in broken English...Honduras, Germany, France, Italy, Mexico.
 
Yeah i see that now, i assumed the rant thread was just a lets yell and complain and then be done with it. And to clarify i am not racist, i am frustrated because i just finished my top swap and this is only the third tank of gas i put in it so i dont know how much kr I'm getting on average.

I'm not learning there language but i am actually in the process of learning spanish as a second language
 
Isn't Scotty always saying how great it is that you don't have to pump your own gas in NJ?

Well, I guess here's a downside.

You should try learning some English of your own.
