Leaking Water Through Sunroof !?

Hey today i opened my door and got in my car to see a puddle of water around my stick and cup holder. The water was also dripping down my 2 lights and sunroof switch infront of the rear view mirror. I know it's from my sunroof not being properly sealed from age. It's starting to smell like must and it's nasty. I was curious how much a job like this would cost at a shop. Im not good at sealing.

Make sure the drain holes in the corners of the sunroof and the drain tubes that run down the pillars is free of leaves and debris.
