Latest addition to family



I seen what looked like dried fluid on the backside of the bumper where the cooler line is. It's not low on fluid, but I just want to make sure everything is ok.
 


Well...got it back on Friday night after it was dark and the new headlights are 100x better then the sh!tty halos. Car looks good too. Painted the fender, the bumper, new headlights and they replaced the faded Pontiac emblem on the bumper too. Now all it needs is some inlays for the front and back and I will be a happy man. It could also use some boost.......

Don't tell her and if she says it feels faster tell her you did a tune up..I guess a topswap can be classified as a tune up.
 
But when I say: By the way you will need to run 93 in it from now on she will wonder why......we are cheap and only run 87. My next car will be boosted....so in about 3 years.
 
You really don't spend that much more buying 87 vs 93.


It's a shame that new purty trans can't be abused from boost.
 


Remember the trans is not a performance trans, just a rebuild with nicer parts. Trust me....she drives the car like it should be driven, even with the kids in the car. She likes to go fast sometimes. Would she like the extra power....yes. Just not at this time.
