Lol, that gray one is my old Grand Prix, I sold it maybe February or March and got my Charger R/T and technically this white 04' I got now is my third Grand Prix lol. Sorry for the confusion.
 


Quality Lambo door kits properly installed on a GP would be fine, will cause none of the stated problems, and look nice. I personally wish everyone had them, no door dings and easier in and out without sqeezing in the door. I know of a few with them. Never made their way to the top of my list of mods, but I won't say never. They don't qualify as r**e if properly installed and quality, functional, etc.

As far as a sedan, I would leave the fronts and go suicide for the rear doors. I have pics of a sweet GP from years ago that had it done. Looked nice!

If it is quality work and craftsmanship, then have at it. Who cares what anyone says.
 
For one if you want lambo doors sell that Junk oh sorry I mean dodge and save it for a damn lambo. and for two other than a lambo one of the only other cars i've seen that actually looks good with lambos is the new mustangs. as it's been said already but i'm just reinforcing it, Lambos on four doors is dumb. GM PRIDE!!!!!!
 
if ur looking for a good hinge kit i'd go with vertical doors inc. they're expensive but theyre the best thats out there

First off that Charger would smoke your Grand Prix but it was a lemon and already sold lol.

Yeah your right that charger would destroy my grand prix, untill the tranny blows up. The best thing dodge could do is offer them with a stick. thier auto, suck, always have and always will. they've made a decent motor for some time now, but back them up with crap. Thats where they lost any chance at getting respect from me. good looking, good running, but don't always move.:th_laugh-lol2: but seriously, they're nice I just have other things i'd rather spend that much money on. like a full tank of gas.

Okay just please don't get cocky, I know a lot of my friends that have them that haven't had ANY problems I just drove mine hard and I know that already.

They're used for police cars. The tranny in them has to be fairly decent to hold up to that.
 
I don't know of any problems with the charger tranny directly, but i'm talking about dodge trannys since the mid 80's, it's destin to have problems eventually. although thats what people always say about the grand prix trannys too. Also just because they use them for police cars doesn't really mean any thing from a performance or a torture stand point. they used to use taurus' and corsica's. and most cop cars top out at 110 mph, or at least the crown vics.

umm yea they are. I used to service the local and state police cars in both ri and ct, the local pd cars top out at 110 and the state cars top out at 135. we used to do the calibrations and all other services to them. obviously the mustang and camaros were different, they had the limiters removed all together. the impalas i believe are limited to 125, but not positive. the chargers i'm not sure at all. they started using them after I left that shop.
