l67 SUMMIT SELLS ARE PISTONS!



......joe, dont make me beat you. anyone buying just a piston with rings and a connecting rod is paying way more money than they need to when a used block that runs perfectly is $300.

dont make me bring out that "stupid" word.
 


That's not a bad price on those, though. I've got a set of rings that will fit perfectly on those pistons if you end up getting them.

These pistons are nothing new, probably just something that Summit started advertising. They were on backorder for a very long time because sadly the Speed Pro pistons are now over-seas parts and that raised a lot of concern with local engine builders and they question the quality being what it used to be. I have not used a set of these but would expect them to be a decent piston and at least it is good to see them advertised more openly now and definately beats the cost of new GM pistons!
