kr question

Using. Torque pro I'm seeing 25-27° at cruise and 4.5-5.5 at WOT this is with a hai autolite 605. And a freshly cleaned TB if that makes any diffrence ? My question is the 25-27 a high number for just regular driving ? I know the 4.5-5.5 is somewhat in the midrange for WOT I think

Are you sure you know what numbers are what?

Ignition Timing will vary from 25-38ish while at crusing speeds.

Knock Retard from 4-6º on a 99% stock car is the normal to see.

I'm looking at timing adv. On torque

At WOT timing on a stock car will be around the 14-15 range, but with KR it will go lower at points.

5* of timing is ridiculously low.

Through looking into torque I found the Gm DL pid things and I found an actual KR part and it shows 0 at crusing and I got a few 3's a 2.5somethibg and a 4.5 . From your last post u said 5 is low ? So even with some +/- I'm guessing 5-6eta ? Does this sound right ?

4-6º of KR is somewhat the norm on a stock car.

Well I actually never saw a 4.5. I'm just adding a little due to if the apps slightly off or not calibrated 100%
