I'm not messing with any more until I call the guy that did the work on the gaskets and such to make sure he did not **** up anything
Oh man... the "I did an intake gasket swap and didnt change the oil twice" story.
I need to do a writeup on how to replace your intake without torching your bottom end...
An article stating common sense would probably help a lot of newbs. May not be a bad idea. It still amazes me that people don't change the oil before and after an internal coolant leak. I mean, where do they think the coolant goes?? That's right- straight into the crankcase and last I checked bearings do not run on a light coating of coolant.
Sad thing is if it does turn out to be a spun bearing then the shop that possibly caused it will weasel out of it by saying that the coolant had already damaged it and they are not liable (i.e.- go pound sand).
