Knocking noise

I am getting a knocking noise from the engine for about a minute after start up and then it goes away. Anyone know what this could be?
 




I really don't hear any knocking but maybe some kind of pulley or alternator squeal or maybe a bad bearing in the supercharger... it's hard to tell from that video. Can you listen from under the hood and get an idea where its coming from? Ticking is usually lifters but I can't really make that sound out from your recording.
 
I hear it in the video, it's most present right at the start. I think it's one of those things where you have to be there and decide whether or not its internal, then maybe conclude lifters or something.
