stock c5 vettes have dug into the 12's compared to headers, 3.5mps, and cookie cutter pcm what 14's

Someone's stock Internal '02 Trans Am made 393/385 with full bolt ons and a ragged edge tune back in the day. It too went 11's (Albeit 11.97). Sith happens.

You said that a 98 vette at the very least has a 2 second advantage on a 3.5/headers/pcm car. When in reality it's only about 1 second. High 13's/low 14's compared to high 12's/low 13's.

THAT'S why it's out of the question.

What you fail to remember is 90% of the cars here are high 14/Low 15 second rides. I don't care what you say they should run- In actuality, they don't.
 
Most base c5 vettes i see run 13-13.5 and i dont think i ever heard or saw a 3.5 setup car running anything slower then a 14.7...just sayin

It sucks getting old. Poor guy couldn't even have a short race without almost sh**ing his pants. Good thing he was in a convertible.

i have yet to see a gtp with a 3.5 setup run that, that pulley is still probably too small anyway. mid to high 14's, and mid to high 12's
